Bring the softness of custom drapery and the simplicity of a shade to your windows with Centerpiece™ Roman Shades by Norman. Beautiful fabrics, tailored folds and cordless or motorized operation create an elegant addition to your daily routine.
Product Description
Carefully crafted for each window, Centerpiece™ Roman Shades bring together rich fabric textures, precise tailoring and custom finishing. Thoughtfully sewn details give each shade a polished appearance, whether your interior calls for clean, contemporary lines or softly cascading folds.
Personalize the design with your choice of fabric, fold style, lining and decorative banding. Each selection shapes the shade’s look and how it manages light and privacy, creating a window covering tailored to your room.
Premium operating components support smooth adjustment, bringing everyday convenience to a beautifully finished shade.
Colours and Fabrics
Express your style through a curated collection of colours, patterns and textures. Centerpiece™ offers opaque and semi-opaque fabrics to complement your furnishings and bring character to your windows.
Shade Styles
Shape the finished look with three distinctive fold styles:
- Flat Fold: A smooth fabric panel lies flat when lowered, creating a streamlined appearance that showcases your selected fabric.
- Flat Fold with Batten Back: Rear battens help form subtle, structured folds when raised while maintaining a clean fabric face when lowered.
- Soft Fold: Cascading loops of fabric add depth and a more traditional drapery appearance.
Your fabric selection and the space available for the raised folds help determine the right style for your window.
Linings and Light Control
Create the atmosphere you prefer with a translucent or blackout lining. Translucent lining softens incoming daylight, while blackout lining blocks light passing through the lined fabric.
Light may still enter around the shade’s edges, depending on the mounting arrangement. Fabric, lining and window coverage work together to determine the finished level of light control.
AeroLite™ Cordless Operation
AeroLite™ Cordless provides smooth adjustment without a dangling lift cord, keeping the focus on your fabric and fold style.
AeroLite™ Cordless is also available in a Day & Night configuration.
Motorization and AutoWand™
Bring convenient control to your Roman shades with Norman Smart Motorization. Operate your shades using a remote, smartphone or compatible voice assistant.
AutoWand™ offers a separate motorized option, providing straightforward powered adjustment through a wand.
Day & Night Configurations
Enjoy greater flexibility with two fabrics combined within one shade. Day & Night configurations let you tailor your fabric and light-control selections to the room.
Choose AeroLite™ Cordless or motorized operation for your Day & Night shade.
Cleaning and Care
Remove routine dust with gentle dusting or a handheld vacuum. For spot cleaning, moisten a soft cloth or sponge with lukewarm water. Add mild detergent if needed, then gently blot the mark. Do not rub, as rubbing can crease or damage the fabric.
Custom Measurement and Installation
Every Centerpiece™ Roman Shade is made for a specific window opening. Your final price depends on the dimensions, fabric, fold style, lining, decorative details, lift system and installation requirements.
Our team will measure your windows and assess the mounting depth, handles, trim and space needed for the raised fabric folds. We will guide you through the available options and arrange professional installation.
Manufacturer Information and Warranty
Norman’s limited lifetime warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects while the original purchaser owns the shades, subject to its terms and exclusions. Motorized components have five-year coverage, excluding batteries. Certain textile conditions have shorter coverage, and shipping, measurement, installation labour and trip charges are excluded.
