Our workroom can product roman shades with manual control or automatic motorized with remote control.  You can choose from thousands of fabrics from all the fabric suppliers we carry.  Two of the most popular styles or Roman Shades are the Classic Roman and the Tucked Roman.  They provide a slightly different look depending on your preference.  Typically, we will make the Roman shades with blackout lining.  We can also make unlined Roman shades and even make Roman shade with Sheer fabric.

Classic Roman

When full closed the classic roman shade looks like a flat fabric shade without any horizontal seam line or horizontal breaks in the fabric pattern.  It just has one fold at the bottom when closed.  This is a good option of you choose a pattern fabric where you want the whole pattern to be seen in full without any portion of the fabric tucked away.

Tucked Roman

For tucked roman shades the fabric loops around the horizontal rods that segment the shade for the fold points.  The tucks are visible even when the shade is fully closed in down position.  If you are concerned about breaking the pattern on the fabric, then you should choose the Classic Roman style.
